In the silence of being truly heard, something sacred unfolds. Words that were once buried find their way out. A person who deeply longed for connection—not just through the roles they play, but as they truly are—finds in a quiet and safe space the chance to meet themselves again.
Kate shared her heart with us, and her words may resonate with those who have felt the same. May they reach those who need them most. If these words echo in your heart, know that you are not alone. There is space for you here.

…You know, Lidia, if I may share what I feel and carry… I am overwhelmed by the loneliness of the journey… only I can see it from the inside, while on the outside, there is the shell of roles imposed by the world. It is so hard to meet face to face, soul to soul… to find someone who sees you, not the labels created by a restless mind… to truly see beyond all the layers of life’s struggles. Life is so fragile, delicate, fleeting… It is very difficult for me to open up, very… It is easier to remain in silence when words are too small to create a connection, even with the “closest” ones…
To not feel guilty that what I experience is inadequate compared to others’ suffering, that someone else is hurting more, and I no longer have the right to call my burden heavy… It is so hard to speak openly, so easy to fear words and, in that fear, lose the ability to communicate, to remain alone in a cage of judgment and misunderstanding…
In survival mode, there is no space, no conditions, no resources to grow… it is so difficult to open up and trust the unknown, to walk through doubt for as long as needed, to believe that beyond the struggle of daily existence, there is something more… to keep going, not give up, to allow oneself to cross the threshold of doubt and step into the “Void,” the “Unknown,” to meet “God” face to face, to see… and to follow His path through every valley, both dark and bright, to not forget… To wake up seeing “His” presence in everything that is… to feel Love in both the sunshine and the storms of life’s experiences…
I long so much to remember how to look in order to truly see…
Sending you all a warm embrace
Kate
